Although food is a simple habitual part of life, it is still one of the most joyous parts of our day. Especially when family and fond memories surround it. Breakfast, often considered the most important meal of the day, provides essential nutrients and energy to start the day right. Here are some healthy breakfast ideas tailored for hospice patients, focusing on ease of preparation, nutritional value, and palatability.

1. Smoothies
