We understand during this difficult time, communication is the key to providing the highest care possible and to help alleviate anxiety. We keep you updated on your loved one’s medical care so you know what is happening and can rest assured that we are addressing their needs.
We ensure the highest medical care by reviewing medical records and clinical data with our hospice physicians regularly. Nurses, social workers, chaplains and physicians have scheduled in-person meetings to discuss and address the needs of every patient. We take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying life.
Our staff is taught regularly about our mission and vision: Compassionate Care, One Patient At A Time. We treat each one of our patients with compassion and empathy. It is built into our DNA, it is who we are. All of our visits are a MINIMUM of 45 minutes in length, regardless if it is a nurse, CNA, social worker or chaplain. We train our staff to slow down and be through so you get the time you need and get the most out of your care.
